Returns&Refunds Policy

At LERA, we hold our matcha and goods to the highest standards. If something isn’t right, we want to know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

(1) Your Right to Cancel.

For online orders within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at team@leraworld.com with your order number. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we receive the return in good condition, we’ll refund you within 14 days via your original payment method.

(2) Returns of Matcha (consumables)

Because matcha is a food product:

  • Unopened tins/pouches can be returned within 14 days.
  • Opened matcha cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons.

(3) Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at team@leraworld.com with your order number and a photo.
  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
  • In these cases, we cover return shipping costs.

(4) Return Shipping Costs

  • If you return because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping.
  • If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, we cover the return shipping.

(5) Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

(6) How to Start a Return

Email us at team@leraworld.com with:

  • Your order number,
  • The product you’d like to return, and
  • The reason (optional, but helps us improve).

We’ll reply with instructions for sending the item back.

Return Policy Summary:

  • 14 days: You can return unopened matcha and goods.
  • Opened matcha: Not returnable for health safety.
  • Incorrect goods: Full refund or replacement, at our cost.
  • Refund timing: Within 14 days once we receive your return.
