What makes LERA matcha different?

We source directly from our trusted producers in Japan, working with them closely to ensure ceremonial-grade, shade-grown matcha that’s smooth, vibrant, and never bitter.

What is matcha?

Matcha is finely stone-milled green tea from Japan, shade-grown for depth of flavor and nutrients. It gives you calm, lasting energy — perfect on its own or in lattes.

How should I store my matcha?

Keep it airtight, cool, and away from light. Once opened, refrigerate to preserve its color, taste, and nutrients.

How long does matcha last?

Unopened, it’s best within 12 months. After opening, enjoy it within 1–2 months for peak freshness.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the EU, the UK, and internationally to select regions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). Delivery times vary by country — usually 2–5 days in the EU, longer for international orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Rates are shown at checkout and depend on your location. International orders don’t include import duties or taxes, which may apply separately.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email team@leraworld.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll adjust or cancel it. Once shipped, we can’t make changes.

What is your return policy?

Unopened matcha and goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened matcha cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes — visit our flagship in Amsterdam to try matcha drinks, shop tools, and experience the full LERA vibe. More stores are coming soon.

Do you offer wholesale or café partnerships?
